Jodie is responsible for managing sustainable design, construction, and operation strategies for high performance buildings. Specifically, she oversees LEED, WELL, and Living Building certification projects, ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager benchmarking, and energy, carbon, water and waste reduction best practices.
Jodie joined Unico Sustainability in 2015 and brings more than twelve years of Green Building experience to the team. In her career as a sustainable building consultant and project manager, she has managed the feasibility and execution of building projects from pre-design through post-occupancy, providing sustainability expertise that was instrumental in the certification of more than 3 million square feet of real estate, including multiple LEED Platinum projects. Most recently, Jodie led the Stone 34 building through both a LEED-EB-O&M Platinum certification and the City of Seattle Deep Green Pilot Program’s rigorous sustainability benchmarks to achieve compliance.
