Brett manages energy and environmental conservation projects across Unico’s 13 million square foot portfolio. Brett has led property teams to achieve LEED certifications for over 10 million square feet of commercial real estate, reducing annual energy costs by $2.1 million and cutting carbon emissions by over 16,000 metric tons. Brett’s efforts have helped Unico win numerous industry awards, including Washington’s Green Company of the Year recognized by Seattle Business Magazine.


Adam oversees Unico Sustainability's work in the Rocky Mountain region. His work has a played a pivotal role in making Unico's 13 million square foot portfolio 34% more energy efficient than the national median. He has also led Unico's entrance into solar energy market by launching the company’s first solar array property upgrade. Adam's efforts have led Unico to win several industry awards, including USGBC Colorado's Greenest Real Estate Company of the Year.


Jodie is responsible for managing LEED certifications and re-certifications, ongoing performance tracking, and ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager benchmarking. In her career as a sustainable building consultant and project manager, she has managed mostly commercial projects, coordinating design, construction and operations teams.


Ana is responsible for managing high performance building strategies, green building certifications, and ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager benchmarking across Unico’s Washington and Oregon markets. Ana excels at collaborating with property teams to achieve triple-bottom line outcomes using an interdisciplinary approach that is cost efficient, environmentally responsible, and socially conscious.


Edmée helps manage Unico's Sustainability's work in the Rocky Mountain region. Her responsibilities include implementing and managing green building best practices, specifically in energy and water efficiency and waste management, as well as LEED and ENERGY STAR certification projects.
